Northwest Drive is located off of Hamilton Avenue, south of I-275 and North of Springdale Road in New Burlington. Please note the early start time!
We were saddened to hear that Miles Greenwood member John Stelter unexpectedly passed away on October 31, 2008. John was past president of the club and always helped out in any way he could including mailing THE JOKER newsletter out each month. We will all greatly miss John.

A big thanks to Mark Radtke for hosting the October and November meetings at his location on New Burlington. He provided dinner and use of his state of the art meeting room. Thanks to all the members who shared photos and videos at the October meeting also. Media night was so successful we ran out of time and did not get to everyone, so we will try it again soon!
A reminder that MG Club elections will be held at the December 2008 meeting. Nominations are due at the November meeting. The club needs volunteers to help plan successful events like the muster & flea market. This is your chance to step up and help lead the Miles Greenwood Club to a successful future!

14" flat front pole mounted spotlight for a 1936 Ford pumper. Contact Dick Koeniger at dkoeniger@seidata.com.
Cincinnati received three Ahrens-Fox 750-gpm pumpers in 1938. The trio had the unique distinction of being equipped with Seagrave pumps, the only A-F rigs to do so. They were assigned to Engines 37, 49, and 38. Serial #9056 (Engine 37 - Engine 7) is now owned by Steve Dalpe of Houston, Texas who is restoring the rig. If you have any photos of these or other Cincinnati apparatus, please let me know. I may be interested in acquiring a digital copy of your picture. Contact: Steve Hagy at stemel@fuse.net.
My husband is restoring a 1929 (rebuilt in 1935) Stutz fire
engine that was used in Arnold, Pennsylvania. I would like
the patches, badges or whatever decorations would be seen
on a uniform for a chief in that town of that era. Any
information you can provide will be appreciated. Thanks.
